RISING TO THE CHALLENGE TOGETHER

Believing we all have a responsibility to take action and that we achieve more when working together, the MSC Foundation reaches out to millions of people, raising awareness of urgent problems worldwide, motivating them to action and raising funds for our programmes and initiatives. The Foundation launches, advances and expands powerful programmes for positive change, in many cases aided by the generosity of MSC Cruises guests, who have donated millions of euros over the years. Together, we have saved many thousands of lives, helped educate vulnerable children and reclaim degraded environments.

OUR ONBOARD FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN

Onboard Fundraising campaign | MC Foundation

We collect a modest €/$/£ 1 donation per guest per cruise on board.

That may not seem much, but even small acts of generosity add up to make a big difference. Imagine everyone you see on board each donating a euro (or dollar or pound). Then imagine that amount being matched by MSC to double their impact. Our donation match pledge is an impactful expression of the MSC Foundation’s commitment, which sees us doubling each guest’s donation to fund even deeper, wider and more rapid change. So, together we can make a difference - double the difference!

100% OF DONATIONS GO DIRECTLY TO OUR PROGRAMMES & INITIATIVES

100% of every guest donation goes entirely to support our programmes and emergency relief initiatives without any deduction for administrative or other costs. So, every cent or euro donated goes directly to financing the work of our programmes and initiatives. Transparency is ensured by the MSC Foundation’s external independent auditors.
